Police investigating deadly shooting in Salisbury

SALISBURY, N.C.– One person is dead and another is in critical condition after a shooting early Saturday morning in Salisbury.

Police were called to the JC Price Legion Post on Old Wilkesboro Road around 1:44 a.m. in reference to a fight at a party.

When they arrived they found two men with gunshot wounds.  They were both flown to Wake Forest Baptist Hospital in Charlotte.

Police have identified the men as 29-year-old Antoine McGee who is in critical condition, and his brother, 24-year-old Devon McGee, who later died at the hospital.

The investigation is ongoing and no arrests have been made at this time.
