HICKORY, N.C. — Police are searching for a couple accused of stealing several rings from a jewelry store in Hickory.
Hickory Police say they received a call about a robbery at Jewelry Exchange on North Center Street in Hickory.
The two suspects allegedly came into the store and asked to see several rings with large stones. The clerk was showing the couple several items when police say the male suspect grabbed the jewelry and the couple ran from the store.
The couple is accused of getting into a four-door silver passenger vehicle being driven by a third suspect.
The male suspect is described as a mixed race or Hispanic man with a large build and approximately 6’2″-6’5″ tall. According to police, he had long hair that was pulled back into a bun and tattoos on his neck, the most obvious being wording on the right side of his neck.
The female suspect is described as a medium built white woman that is approximately 5’5″ tall.
